Original 8×10” watercolor house portrait commission on watercolor paper. (*Portrait will include single home, no people, pets, cars, etc. included)

Paper will be sized roughly 9×11” so that there is a small border for framing purposes.

Portrait is unframed and will be shipped in a flat mailer with delivery by 12/1/25 (shipping included).

You will provide the photo of your house exactly as you want it painted, or I can pull from google images.
